The District has a total enrollment of approximately 3,800 students in preschool through twelfth grade. There are a total of five elementary schools offering grades K-6 and one preschool. The District has one junior high school for grades 7-8 and one comprehensive high school for grades 9-12. Vanguard Charter School serves students grades K to 12.  Private schools include St Paul Catholic preschool to  8th grade.  The Colorado Springs School serves students pre-kindergarten to grade 12.
